Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of ScanClear, an online service that crawls a submitted URL, executes eleven automated analyzers, and produces a scoring report.

This service is free of charge, within the limit of a daily usage quota.

2. Use of the Service

You undertake to submit only URLs of sites that you own or for which you have scanning authorization. Using the service to analyze third-party sites without authorization, or for illicit purposes, is prohibited.

3. Quota and Abuse

The service is limited to 3 free scans per day per visitor, enforced via a browser fingerprint and IP address. Any attempt to circumvent this limit (repeated deletion of cookies, network switching) may result in service blocking.

4. User Accounts

Account creation is free. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the accuracy of the information provided.

5. Intellectual Property

Report content, scoring methodology, and recommendations remain the property of ScanClear / Digi4. You may use the PDF report internally or transmit it to your own clients, but you may not resell the tool itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

The scan is an automated technical analysis and does not constitute professional legal, security, or compliance advice. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of exhaustiveness.

7. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
