Technical SEO audit: the foundations before the keywords
Editorial SEO is wasted if a crawler cannot reach, understand and render your pages correctly. This category covers that technical layer.
- Weight in the score
- 13/100
- checks in this category
- 39
Why it matters
A missing or duplicated title tag, a canonical pointing elsewhere, a robots.txt blocking what it should not, invalid structured data: each of these cancels part of the editorial work upstream. They are also the fastest to fix, because they live in the markup rather than the content.
